The control system operates on Home Assistant, an open source software or other local hardware. This means, that unlike most solutions in the market, there is no reliance on the internet or cloud service for it to work. It also means that there is no security/privacy concerns, no vendor keeping tabs on your smart home, no subscription fees and the devices respond much faster

The new installation can take place even if you already live in the building, as no extra cabling or infrastructure work is required. Our sensors and actuators use standard Zigbee, Z-Wave, or Matter/Thread technology. WiFi-connected systems are not adviced as they interfere with your other devices, downgrading network performance.
